This week – it’s Richard Branson
Richard Branson – probably considered the UK’s most famous entrepreneurs around has had some journey. From student magazine, to creating a multi billion pound brand – Richard has been through it all – and yes he’s dyslexic too.
Establishing the Virgin brand in the 1970′s with Virgin Records – he went on to sign many successful artists and became one of the biggest labels in the industry. Not content with that – Virgin Games was launched, and soon after, Virgin Airways.
Richard Branson was a man on a mission, and further launches into other industries such as weddings, leisure , mobile, media and money – there appears to be no stopping him. He is even very close to providing consumer space travel in the form of the Virgin Galactic’s LauncherOne – The Virgin brand is world famous.
Despite all this – he has remained likeable by many. If you mention his name, or his brand, you tend to receive a positive reaction which is a testament to his hard work and his character. So what is his story?
